Oil And Gas - Production
Kaz Export Gaz has a reliable raw material base, which ensures a stable position in terms of production. The enterprise owns licenses for the development of more than four dozen fields with residual recoverable hydrocarbon reserves of about 300 million tons.
In order to replenish the resource base and meet the requirements of license agreements, the Company is implementing a program of exploration work, including prospecting and appraisal drilling, seismic exploration, research and other work.
Despite the fact that oil production in the Akkulka region has been going on for so many years, Kaz Export Gaz specialists continue to find new deposits and maintain the resource base. In the period from 2017 to 2019, 3 new fields were discovered: Klymene, Akkulka block and the field named after one of the directors.
